Practise the hard conversations before they happen for real.

People rarely freeze because they lack knowledge. They freeze because they have never practised under pressure. We build AI role plays around your customers, your team and your real conversations, so your people rehearse until the right response comes naturally.

What this program is

AI role play built around your conversations.

An AI role play gives participants the opportunity to practise realistic workplace conversations with an AI character, such as a customer, stakeholder or team member. Participants speak directly to the AI character, which responds in real time, just as someone would in a real conversation. Once the role play ends, participants receive immediate feedback against a clear scorecard, showing what they did well and where they can improve. We work with your leaders to build scenarios around your business, using your customers, language, common objections and the specific behaviours you want to develop. There are no generic scripts. AI role plays can be used as a standalone practice program or integrated into our sales, leadership and Known By Name programs. Participants practise in their own time, as often as they need, without the pressure of someone watching.

When this fits

Blue tick
Your people know what to say but freeze under pressure
Training covered the theory. In the live conversation, nerves take over and people fall back on old habits. Practice under realistic pressure closes the gap between knowing and doing.
Blue tick
Practice is not happening between sessions
Peer role plays feel awkward, managers lack the time and workshops end before skills set in. AI role play gives every person unlimited practice without booking anyone's diary.
Blue tick
High-stakes conversations are rare but costly
A pricing negotiation, a renewal at risk, a performance conversation. These moments do not come up often enough to build skill on the job, and getting them wrong is expensive.
Blue tick
You need evidence of capability, not completion
Attendance tells you who turned up. Scored role plays show who handles the conversation well, where the gaps sit across the team and whether skills improve over time.
how we design and deliver

How we work, step by step

1
Discovery
We work with your leaders to identify the conversations with the biggest impact, the behaviours which separate strong performers and the objections your people face.
2
Scenario design
We build each scenario, character and scorecard around your context, then test and refine them before launch.
3
Practise and review
Participants practise in their own time with instant feedback. Managers see progress and gaps, and use them to focus their coaching.
Outcomes you will see.
  • People handling difficult conversations with more confidence and consistency
  • Skills which hold up under real pressure, not only in the training room
  • Managers coaching from evidence of where each person needs help
  • Measurable improvement in scores across repeated practice

What makes this different

Practice designed for behaviour change.

Many AI tools offer generic scenarios and leave teams to work out the rest. We design scenarios around your real conversations, align scorecards to the behaviours you need and connect practice to manager coaching. Role play becomes part of how your people build skill, not a novelty they try once.
faqs

Common questions about the program

What is AI role play training?
AI role play training uses an AI character to simulate a real conversation, such as a customer call or a performance discussion. Participants practise their responses and receive instant feedback against a scorecard.
Is AI role play a replacement for coaching?
No. Role play gives people the repetition coaching sessions rarely allow. Managers then use the results to focus their coaching where each person needs it most.
Do you build scenarios for our specific customers?
Yes. Every scenario is built from discovery with your leaders, using your customers, objections, language and the behaviours you want to see.
Do you offer AI role play on its own?
Yes. We run AI role play as a standalone practice program, and as the practice stage inside our sales, leadership and Known By Name programs.
How long does it take to set up?
It depends on the number of scenarios and the depth of discovery. Timing is agreed during discovery.
