Jill brings deep experience building capability in fast paced, customer driven environments. She has spent years inside large, complex organisations where performance matters, change moves quickly, and learning has to work in the real world, not in theory. 

Across her career, Jill has led teams, managed high volume operations, and designed learning that supports teams to perform under pressure. She understands how work really gets done. She has lived the day to day realities of customer facing roles, distributed teams, shifting priorities, new systems, and leaders who need results without adding more noise.

She has seen what makes learning stick. The session matters, but the follow through matters more. When organisations build in reinforcement, practice, and support, capability moves from a great idea into everyday behaviour. That observation shapes Jill’s work at Catalyst.
