Rob Yarham

Rob brings over 22 years of experience leading learning and enablement across sales, service, and leadership teams in Africa, Europe, and Australia. He has built and scaled enterprise-wide programs inside complex organisations across banking, media, telco, and digital businesses.

Before founding Catalyst Enablement, Rob spent nearly a decade in national enablement leadership roles, designing and delivering capability frameworks for large, distributed teams. His work covered sales performance, service quality, leadership development, coaching, and behavioural change. He has presented to executive teams, partnered closely with senior leaders, and led initiatives tied directly to commercial outcomes.

Across these roles, Rob saw a consistent gap. Strong performers were overlooked. Influence travelled unevenly. Capability alone did not guarantee trust, visibility, or opportunity. The difference came down to behaviour in moments that mattered.
